What a horrible experience. Sounds like an insane asylum. It is hard to imagine the freak show they are today. So glad my Grands are in private schools. You have been battle tested Sharine, you are one tough lady.

I would have never made it thru the first day. Our Daughter works at a daycare full time, she has great stories daily.

Bert, it truly is an insane asylum because it's run by psychopathic tyrants! I am glad for all of you that your Grands are in private school, AND that they are receiving wise Grandparent advice and behavior-modeling from you and Kandy.

I am battle-tested, indeed. I have only just begun to tell my stories😆😭🤣! Did you read the one on my SharineCreates Substack about playing guitar in the blues band? Boy, oh boy!

I will look that up and read it. You could probably write an interesting book about your experiences.

Actually, I have written a book about my experiences. It's called Cravings, Ravings & Misbehavings: Tales of how one good girl can do a whole lotta bad things and still turn out okay. Don't feel obligated to buy it, but you can see the cover and read a little blurb about it here:

https://www.amazon.com/Cravings-Ravings-Misbehavings-Tales-things/dp/1456529501

In terms of relevance, nothing "bad" I did was severely bad, just stupid, haha.

I will give it a look.

I did one year of substitute teaching 50 years ago in a small east Tennessee town. First, it was the little kids which wasn't awful, even though it was kindergarten and the first three grades in one giant circular shed-like building made of corrugated metal. Lice regularly made the rounds but I didn't catch any. Then they sent me to the eighth grade for a week. They handed me a large wooden paddle with holes in it (I think to make it sting) and told me not to hesitate to use it. Of course I left it alone, and everything was ok until Friday at 2:50 when the boys starting squirting red ink on each other and the whole room got out of control. I grabbed the ringleader, a pimply-face boy who had failed a year and was taller and bigger than me. I had never done such a thing before, but I figured it was time for the paddle! I brought him up to the front of the room and proceeded to give him 4 or 5 swats on his rear end. Suddenly, the room exploded in laughter as he straightened up, visibly aroused. I was at a loss at that point; luckily the bell rang. I turned down further requests to substitute. A hellish job.

Oh, yes, there is always the contingent of tween and teen boys that are clowns! But the truth is, kids don't belong in indoctrination camps; it's a waste of their Creator-given mind-body-spirit complex. They should be learning hands-on skills as well as the fundamentals of reading, writing, and arithmetic at home. I don't know your experience, but many young people in my area have absolutely zero ability to do anything worthwhile, like washing dishes, sewing, fixing broken stuff, using tools, gardening, cooking, etc. They just watch tv and play video games and fool around on their phones/tablets, all of which are deeply programming them into uselessness and utter slavery.

Geeeeezzzz...not exactly a ringing endorsement for substitute teaching. What madness! Not one person has been like, Yeah, what a great idea, you should do that! Mr Naive....

I guess it is a good thing they make it so hard to be a substitute teacher. Now I'm like, wtf was I thinking???

Yeah, it's bad. Plus, I figured out that there's a seniority thing with the system so that newer subs get the crappiest gigs, hence me being offered so many SCIA jobs. As with most institutions, I would not be surprised if the coolest long-term jobs are offered only to subs who are in the family so to speak, wink-wink, nudge-nudge.

Maybe Minnesota is different, but I think the state is pretty much pushing the wayward wizards' woke agenda so they're probably hiring lots of twannies and "people" who identify as a cat or an alien, or an alien cat.

Probably this central mn school system is less woke and less deranged, but I have no doubt there is that seniority thing, and probably no shortage of low grade mental illness to deal with.

That was grim, I'm glad you could get out. My wife was a teacher from a family of teachers. It was a struggle for me at times having to live with her and the intense workload.

And she worked mainly in the private sector.

Even the private sector has been infiltrated by Satanists and Luciferians wreaking all kinds of havoc.

Sounds like schools, like hospitals, have become places of Hell on Earth. Could you cite your article in a comment on my article about schools, to add to the evidence base... https://garysharpe.substack.com/p/the-nervous-system-in-the-classroom
