I am a big believer in dreams. Carlos Castaneda was one of my earliest dives into alternative thinking. Frank Zappa mentions in Zombie Woof I think, that "my spirit did a midnight creep, I don't think I want to sleep no more."
It is possible that he was onto something about sleep and your spirit or sub conscious mind undoing the damage of the awake world. It is a theory of mine for sometime now. Perhaps when people do not sleep or get enough sleep it tends to make them unbalanced mentally. I have personal observed this in someone very close to me as a child and young adult. As the Stones mentioned in Ruby Tuesday "lose your sleep and you will lose your mind, isn't life unkind."
Everyone's journey into this arena is highly personal and different as we are as humans, I think that is how it was meant to be.
Ah yes, Frank Zappa. He drops a lot of golden nuggets in between his bizarre lyrics and utterances. Was it you and I talking here a while ago about Dave McGowan's book describing Frank as the head programmer/handler of the entire Laurel Canyon music scene in the 60s/70s?!
But yes, adequate sleep is crucial to our health and well-bing. And "dreams-time" is fascinating! I kept a daily dream journal from the age of 11 until my mid-thirties, and I still occasionally have a powerful enough dream — like the Lilith one — that I need to document and decode it. Those are the dreams that are both about me personally and also offer *nuggets of wisdom* for others.
I agree that we are each here to experience Life as a unique spark and sparkle of the Divine, despite the fact that black magic has convinced us over eons that we are "mere" humans, when instead, we are very powerful beings. Far more powerful than they are, and that's why they hate us, seek to control us, and feed off our energy for their pathetic perverted entropic existence. Without us unconsciously giving them our energy, they would have no "life" because they're not of the Divine.

We collectively have the power to push back and change course by simply not complying, and not caving in to their twisted and warped idea of how things should be. They are corrupt to the core and will do ANYTHING to gain more wealth and power. We have seen that clearly over history and even recent history. No worries, Bert. I've been in the throes of cooking regular weekly meals for my clients and *also* getting well into their 9-course Thanksgiving meal prep! The good news is that they are super-happy, plus I don't have to cook again for Ron and me. We're all eating well.

Never knew you were a foodie. Hard work involved in that occupation. I know that firsthand. I respect that profession and miss it, but I am a terrible person to dine out with.
Haha, I am also a difficult diner! But it's not because of me, it's because servers and even chefs don't know the ingredients in the food they cook/serve! I recently visited a local restaurant and asked for a sparkling water without any sweetener, and the OWNER herself sold me a water with sugar in it! I should have checked, and it reminded me to *always* check the ingredients label. Sometimes, even trust built over some time ends up revealing a person's lack of knowledge . . . or integrity. We are definitely experiencing the bifurcation.
P.S. My husband is watching the movie right now so I'm re-hearing the first 35 minutes before moving on.

We seldom eat out and when we do it is something local and family owned. All of the chain restaurants get their food from the same corporate vendors, so we can imagine what the sources are.

Yep, it's gone overboard everywhere, and people buy it. And the way people act in sex is oftentimes robotic or self-seeking for tangible pleasure, esp. in porn, not trying to connect and merge in that emergency. We were born, emerged from that merger. Thanks!
Since the advent of tell-a-vision, people have gotten their notions of "proper" (really improper) notions of relationships and sex from the projections of very sick control freaks. They have been grooming us to accept their inverted, perverted, anti-Life ideas for a long time, but modern and post-modern technology has really pushed along their agenda. It is my belief that something happened around the turn of the twentieth century to bring this exotic technology to Earth and begin the mass poisoning of our body/mind/spirit complexes in order to cut our silver cord to the Creator. It seems to be working on most people. But love, light, and Divinity are stronger than enmity, darkness, and evil. They can't keep up their projections forever, and they know it, which is why they're upping the ante with the CovAin't and jabs.

Suffice to say, without mentioning any personal details in your message, I comprehend well the string of synchronicities. I think the key is to take responsibility for the doing, while also realizing that we have all been under a powerful spell.
