So, the only way to escape being manipulated by A.I. is to, largely, shun using your computer. That would be a good thing. Get back to reality. Spend time with actual people. With family. And friends. This is something most mature people would embrace. The younger generation, however, have built their very lives (and most of their "social" interactions) online. And, they're not only fine with it, they argue that it's a great thing. They have nothing to compare it to because they were raised on it. If only they could realize it's much of the cause of the burgeoning reliance upon psychotropic drugs. The vast majority of youth speak openly and freely about which meds they are on. As if it's normal. It isn't. We all need human interaction. Face to face. Not interactions warped by algorithms.
