The ending feels abrupt to me. Recently I was reminded in a little more detail about an encounter I had with television as a child. Surely there were countless others and the conditioning patterns, subtle as they were couldn't be a one off. It can be difficult for one to accept their own victimhood as something other than an excuse, or justifying of behavior. And even when I do, the compounding evidence only returns as isolated fragments that fails to cut the cords. What a difference would entanglement with a bigger tree make while the chemicals are raining down on both. I wish my mother a better Mothers Day.
